our products are realised with high technical process of production which protect the organoleptic and fonctionnal properties of those proteins.

we may adapt our products to specific request of our customer, mesh size, instant caseinate, different alcali (magnesium,potassium).

The production and concentration of the whey proteins gives us a complete range from 35% proteins up to isolates (more than 90%).

Due to the fonctionnal quality of those proteins, we may supply different food sectors such as meat, cheese industry.... And also answer to questions related to specific applications.

The total milk protein utilsation combined the advantages of a high protein Concentration using all the ingredients composing the natural milk.
