Liquid whey is a co-product generated by liquid skimmed milk coagulation during the cheeses and casein production.

This product is mainly composed by proteins, lactose and minerals.

The physical or chemical treatment we applied : cristallisation, filtration, micro-filtration, demineralisation, drying, give us the opportunity to offer the various components alone, concentrated demineralised or in the original composition.

This large range coming out of those productions answer to numbers of technical demands from the food sector such as confectionnery, chocolate or bread industry....
