Milk contains two types of proteins: serum proteins and caseins. These are both high quality proteins, which both contain all essential amino acids in sufficient amounts to support the various functions of proteins in the body.
Milk contains about 32g of protein per litre, of which 80% is casein, 19% is soluble proteins (albumin and lactoglobulin) and 1% is protein enzymes.
Thanks to its expertise in milk separation for extraction, in isolating and processing the nutrients found in milk, FIT is able to offer you a range of proteins with targeted properties.
